Welcome to the 2023 u14 Aspire 3x3 tournament

We are really looking forward to a fast and fun day of basketball.

Date: Friday 20 September

Times: First game at 9am (please arrive by 8.45am)

• Boy’s grand final: 12:45pm

• Girl’s grand final: 1pm

• Presentation: 1:15pm

Colours: Please wear matching singlets/t-shirts for your team. Aspire singlets/bibs can be provided on the day if need be.

Rules: We are following the FIBA 3x3 rules.

Standings: We will update the standings throughout the day on the big screen.

Games: There are 6 teams in the girls competition. Each team will play 5 games before the semi finals.

There are 12 teams (with two pools) for the boys competition. Each team will play 5 games before the semi finals.

Scoring: We require 2 scorers on the bench for each game. Scorers will be players who aren’t playing at the time.

Food and drink: Please bring sufficient snacks and lunch for the day and plenty of water.

Canteen: Cold drinks and light snacks will be available to purchase on the day. Cash or card.

Important:

• Please always show respect, and kind words, to your fellow team mates, opponents, referees and scorers. At Aspire, we constantly strive to be the best version of ourselves, and we should treat each other how we would like to be treated.

• No child above 13yrs is allowed to take the court (this is an u14 3x3). 

• Have fun!!!
